Exhibit at Rewilding Futures 2027

Rewilding Futures brings together over 600 practitioners, researchers, landowners, funders, policymakers and businesses from around the world. Exhibiting is a chance to share your work with the people shaping the future of rewilding.

We have 15 exhibition booths available. These are open to NGOs, rewilding projects, businesses and organisations whose work supports rewilding.

Where the booths are 

Booths are in a dedicated exhibition area directly opposite the main hall. This is where delegates pass before and after every plenary session and during breaks.

What’s included 

To keep things fair, every exhibitor receives the same setup:

• An exhibition space of approximately 2m², for both days of the conference

• A cocktail table with a tablecloth

• Access to power

• Space for up to two standard pull-up banners of your own

• One conference ticket (Full Conference: Screening Room)

• Lunch, refreshments and the evening wine reception for your ticket holder

Anyone else staffing your booth will need their own conference ticket. Any ticket type can be bought through our Buy Tickets page.

Booth pricing will be announced soon. Register your interest below and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available.

How to apply

Because booths are limited, we’ll select exhibitors through a short application. We’ll ask you to tell us about your organisation and why you’d like to exhibit. We’re looking for exhibitors whose work genuinely supports rewilding and who will add something valuable for delegates.

Successful applicants will then be invited to pay the booth fee to confirm their place.
