Programme
Programme
The full programme will be published in mid-February 2027. Booking for parallel sessions will open around two weeks before the conference, and we’ll email all ticket holders when it does. In the meantime, here’s how the two days will work.
How the conference works
Both days take place at the CPH Conference Center and follow the same pattern:
Plenary sessions open and close each day, with the final session each afternoon being a panel discussion. All delegates attend these, either in the main hall or in one of our Screening Rooms, depending on your ticket type. Delegates in the Screening Rooms can also put questions to the speakers.
Parallel sessions run between the plenaries on both days. These include talks, workshops, panel discussions and interactive sessions across a range of themed stages. You choose the ones you’d like to attend.
Booking your sessions
Many parallel sessions have limited places, so booking will open to all delegates at the same time, around two weeks before the conference. This gives everyone the same chance to book, and lets us confirm the final programme first.
Once you've got your ticket there’s nothing you need to do until then. We’ll email every ticket holder when booking opens, with all the information you need.
